What makes Foundation a marketing partnership?
You get focused priorities, a monthly calendar, content produced and published, and a working call to review inquiries and next steps. Bennu owns the agreed marketing routine; your team provides business input, approvals, and sales follow-up.
When should we move up a tier?
Move to In-House Alternative when you need more content, regular campaigns, nurture email, and coordination with your team. Choose Growth Systems when inquiry routing, follow-up automation, or pipeline reporting needs improvement alongside the marketing.
What counts as original content?
An original asset is an agreed article, customer story, FAQ resource, or service-page improvement. Supporting social posts and email adapt that work for other channels. A landing page, long-form guide, or other substantial asset is scoped before it enters the calendar.
What happens in the first 90 days?
We confirm priorities and access, check the inquiry path, and begin the publishing routine in month one. Months two and three build on that work and use the available data to refine the plan. Larger setup work is identified and priced before it begins.
How much time do you need from us?
We need a named contact, source material such as customer questions and project details, and timely approval of drafts. We agree the schedule at kickoff. Your team remains responsible for responding to prospects and closing sales.
What does reporting show?
Completed work, recorded inquiries and their available sources, and recommended next steps. Growth Systems adds reporting around your sales stages where the data supports it. We distinguish observed results from estimates; specific lead volumes or sales are not guaranteed.
Is there a contract or a setup fee?
The initial term is three months, then month-to-month with 30 days’ notice. Substantial setup, migrations, or repairs are quoted separately before work begins. Your proposal confirms the recurring fee and any initial project cost.
Who does the work?
You work with the Bennu studio throughout the engagement. We bring in specialists when needed and explain their role and any additional cost before work begins.
Do you discount?
Monthly partnerships are not discounted. Half of the audit fee can be credited toward a partnership or project signed within 60 days.
