Contacting the studio

You can contact us by email or phone. We use the information you send to understand your inquiry, communicate with you, and discuss or provide the services you request. Please avoid sending passwords, customer records, or other sensitive information in an initial inquiry.

Sending an inquiry on this website

You can send your contact details alone or add an optional project brief. When you select Send, the website saves your inquiry in our private Payload inbox. We use your answers to respond and prepare for a conversation. A completed brief receives a higher engagement priority because it provides more context; the score is based on the sections answered.

The guided forms save their draft answers in your browser’s session storage so you can move between pages without starting over. This storage is associated with your browser tab or browsing session. Some browsers restore sessions; you can use your browser’s site-data controls to clear stored drafts. Both the contact-details path and the optional project brief use this draft storage. Nothing is delivered until you choose to send the form. A successful send clears the saved draft. If delivery fails, your answers remain available so you can try again or contact us by email.

Website requests and external services

Vercel hosts this website and its public images. Inquiry records are stored in the connected PostgreSQL database and are restricted to authorized studio staff. When an email notification service is enabled, it receives the inquiry details needed to notify the studio. No external CRM integration is currently active. Your browser requests the files needed to display the site. Hosting services may process technical request information such as an IP address, browser information, and the time of the request. A short-lived, hashed request identifier helps limit repeated form submissions. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and Fontshare, which receive the information needed to serve those font files.

This version of the website does not include an advertising pixel or an audience-analytics script. The inquiry form’s optional article-interest choice is separate from permission to respond to your inquiry.

Links to other websites

Case studies link to client websites, prototypes, and historical archives. Those websites have their own operators and information practices. Opening a link takes you to that service.

For questions about information you have sent us, or to request a correction or deletion, email hello@bennucreate.com. Include enough context to identify the inquiry, without adding sensitive account credentials.
